It can take a lot of work to take the first step towards achieving your goals and aspirations and making them a priority. With SCU Online, an MBA is more achievable than ever before. We’ve removed traditional barriers to an MBA, closing the gap between you and your ambitions with flexible, accessible online learning, passionate academics and excellent student support.
The SCU Online Master of Business Administration has 12 core units, two elective units and a compulsory, double-weighted Industry Project. You can study a general MBA, or specialise your degree by completing two electives in one of our specialisations.
If you need to exit the program earlier than expected, you could still receive a Graduate Certificate in Business or a Graduate Diploma in Business based on the units you’ve completed.
Alternatively, if you’d like to test the water before committing to the MBA, you can enrol in the Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma first, then choose whether or not to progress with the MBA at a later date.
No Bachelor’s degree? You could still be eligible for entry into the MBA through your relevant work experience. To gain entry into the Master of Business Administration, you need:
SCU Online recognises advanced standing towards units of your MBA, meaning you can finish sooner. The number of units can vary based on your previous qualifications and work experience. If you’re unsure if your experience is valid, please get in touch with us to have a Student Enrolment Advisor assist you.
The total cost of the degree will depend on whether you end up completing the full MBA (which includes 16 units) and whether you are eligible for advanced standing.
The government loan scheme that applies to most postgraduate courses is known as FEE-HELP. Australian citizens and holders of a Permanent Humanitarian visa who are residing within Australia are eligible to access FEE-HELP. Using this program, you can borrow enough money from the Commonwealth Government to cover your course fees. Once your income reaches a certain level, you will pay the loan back via the tax system.

What our students say
Completing my MBA online merged very well with my busy work life, as I accept job contracts across Australia. I remember having a holiday in the Philippines, and yet I was able to complete my required submissions (even during a storm!)
